      Where are your products made from?

      The majority of our processes are in Canada, however a few processes and materials are sourced from other countries like South Korea and China. All partners we work with have been thoroughly vetted to ensure they strictly adhere to our ethical manufacturing and sustainable practises standards.

      We only use recyclable materials and for our leather products, they're a vegan PU leather which is cruelty free

      How long will it take to process my order?

      Once payment is authorized, most orders will be processed by the next business day.

      How can I make changes/modify my order?

      Send us an email at sales@casecoinc.com as soon as possible with your order number and the URL or name of the new design. We are unable to change orders that have already shipped.

      What is a pre-order item and when will it be shipped?

      A pre-order item is a product that has not yet been released. You may purchase a pre-order item, which we'll prepare for shipment as soon as it's in stock. Once we ship your order, we'll notify you via email with your tracking number.

    Awesome from the start

    The item works as intended and the color perfectly matches the phone and all other pertinent accessories. The STARS here though is the customer service and quick delivery! Customer service is beyond 5 stars!!!

    Fine for a second charger overnight.

    Worked fine but it needs the block. I had an extra block so I was able to use it in my bedroom for overnight and keep my main charger in the kitchen where I also use it. The pad charges at about 25% an hour. Great for overnight charging. A few quirky things, you cant answer the cell while it’s on the pad and I had to unplug it and plug it back in to make it work after I took it off the pad to answered the phone. Not sure if this was a one-time thing or not. If my phone rings overnight I guess I’ll find out. Charges great through my Caseco case. I’m pretty happy with it.

    Wireless charger for Samsung Galaxy S20

    This device works fine, though charging is slower through Caseco's not so "ultra slim" case.

    Wireless charger

    This is the second one I purchased for my new Samsung S20 Ultra. I;m quite satisfied with doing business with Caseco. The only little thing is while inventory is, but they are not in America and I was charged a small funds fee.
