2. Products and orders being shipped back must be in resellable condition. Please include the original packaging and your order number. This can be found on your order confirmation email. All products or orders can be returned, no questions asked, within max. 30 days of the delivery date.
3. Once your return is received, we will have our warehouse staff inspect it, this usually is done with 2 business days. We will then process your refund and apply a credit to your credit card or whichever method of payment was originally used within 5 business days.

Please note there are no refunds of Express Shipping fees, if you selected express shipping as the original method of shipment.
