Great Customer Service

I made an inquiry via chat on the weekend to ask how I get replacement disks and adhesives for a phone holder. Though there was no response via the chat (it was not during operating hours), I got an email on Monday that the replacements were on the way! I received them about 3 days later…it was fantastic customer service!

Been using for years. Bought another one. They are the best. New one has skinner pivot neck. Hope it is as durable.

Perfect fit!!

I ordered another mount with a much wider base and could not find a spot on my '22 F350 to mount it other than the windshield, which is what I did not want to do. When I came across Caseco's mounts and found this one, I knew this would be perfect and it is! It's extremely sturdy and holds my phone great and does not vibrate off when I hit a bump. Would highly recommend!!

Magnet gets very hot.

Poor so far. I’ve reached out several times requesting guidance. The magnet gets very hot when I use a wireless charger on my desk. Is it safe to continue using?

Vent Mounted Smartphone Car Holder

This item is a great buy. I was skeptical when I received the item due to the size of it, however it has been the greatest tool as I'm a delivery driver and need to have my hands free for driving instead of having the phone in my hand, especially when in inclement weather. I also did not want a huge dash mount so this works out great!

Perfect for what I needed, priced a little high.

They work great but I wish they hadn’t been quite that expensive. Would buy again if needed though.
