The device itself is a good product with excellent value. There are two things I would have appreciated:
1. More thorough instructions re: an effective installation. Before I figured it out on my own, I almost returned the item.
2. The two-sided tape provided is weak and ineffective. It is not as strong as the magnets. I purchased a stronger tape for fastening the plate to the back of the phone. It works fine.
