The item worked great for about 6 months but then stopped working. It was under a one year warranty, however, so they sent me a new one immediately. The new one got either lost or stolen in the mail so they sent me a SECOND replacement immediately. I love the customer service and I appreciate the company’s values. I’ll order from them again in the future

I have been using the Costco vent mount for several years. It stays on the vent, doesn’t come off, and the ring on your phone is really small so when you put your phone in your pocket you don’t even notice the ring. No other mount works as well as this one does.
