      Where are your products made from?

      The majority of our processes are in Canada, however a few processes and materials are sourced from other countries like South Korea and China. All partners we work with have been thoroughly vetted to ensure they strictly adhere to our ethical manufacturing and sustainable practises standards.

      How long will it take to process my order?

      Once payment is authorized, most orders will be processed by the next business day.

      How can I make changes/modify my order?

      Send us an email at sales@casecoinc.com as soon as possible with your order number and the URL or name of the new design. We are unable to change orders that have already shipped.

      What is a pre-order item and when will it be shipped?

      A pre-order item is a product that has not yet been released. You may purchase a pre-order item, which we'll prepare for shipment as soon as it's in stock. Once we ship your order, we'll notify you via email with your tracking number.

    Excellent Customer Service

    I had a minor issue with the IPhone case and reported it to Costumer Service. Customer Service was very respectful and understanding and handled it quickly doing what had to be done to correct the problem. Costumer Service was very professional and it was a pleasure in dealing with the representative.

    to hard to remove i-phone x

    the phone is chrome and is to slippery to quickly grab and hold on to. if the holster was just a little wider i could have left the ruberized cover i had on the phone

    Lovely case; Fabulous, caring customer service

    Unfortunately, I cannot use the apparently well made and attractive case due to my own lack of research. It is way too large for my phone. However, Customer Service went way overboard to satisfy me. Very unusual in this day and age. Thank you!!
