Where are your products made from?

The majority of our processes are in Canada, however a few processes and materials are sourced from other countries like South Korea and China. All partners we work with have been thoroughly vetted to ensure they strictly adhere to our ethical manufacturing and sustainable practises standards.

Which is the best case for my phone?

All our cases offer high impact drop resistance and come in a range of different features which come down to personal preference. What materials are your cases made of?

We only use recyclable materials and for our leather products, they're a vegan PU leather which is cruelty free

Where can I find my Order ID number?

You can find your Order ID number in your order confirmation email. If you are not able to locate this information, please contact us.

How long will it take to process my order?

Once payment is authorized, most orders will be processed by the next business day.

How can I make changes/modify my order?

Send us an email at sales@casecoinc.com as soon as possible with your order number and the URL or name of the new design. We are unable to change orders that have already shipped.

What is a pre-order item and when will it be shipped?

A pre-order item is a product that has not yet been released. You may purchase a pre-order item, which we'll prepare for shipment as soon as it's in stock. Once we ship your order, we'll notify you via email with your tracking number.

How can I pay for my order?

Proceed to checkout and click on PayPal or Credit Card to purchase.

I received a damaged/defective item. What’s next?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take a photo of the product and contact us right away. We will gladly replace it for you.

I’ve ordered a few cases, but I can’t find all of them. Where are the missing cases?

Please be sure to open all the boxes first. In some situations, we might have packed 2 cases in 1 box. If you've checked all the boxes and the cases are still missing, please contact us.

Orders below $50 - $5 (3-7 days delivery time)
