Where can I find my Order ID number?

Your Order ID number can be found in your order confirmation email. If you are not able to locate this information, please contact us.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Once the payment is authorized most of the orders will be processed within the next business day.

How can I make changes/modify my order?

Send us an email at sales@casecoinc.com as soon as possible with your order number and the URL or name of the new design. We are unable to change orders that are already been shipped out.

What is a pre-order item and when will it be shipped?

This is a product that has not been released yet. You may purchase a pre-order item. Your order will be prepared for shipment when in stock. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with your tracking number via email.

I received a damaged/defective item. What’s next?

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please take a photo and contact us right away. We will gladly replace it for you.

I’ve ordered a few cases but I can’t find all of them. Where are the missing cases?

Please be sure to open up all the boxes first. In some situation, we might have packed 2 cases in 1 box. Please contact us, if you have checked and the case is still not there.

How can I pay for my order?

What is not covered by warranty?

Normal wear and tear of product use

Product that has been modified or altered or damage caused by unauthorized repair

Mishandling, Misuse, accident, abuse, improper maintenance or other abnormal use

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for items returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

 

How do I return an order?

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID number and we will attempt to stop or cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped out, please contact our courier partner that is mentioned with tracking number in the confirmation email.

Shipping charges and delivery time?

Orders above $30 - Free Shipping (3-7 days delivery time)

Orders below $30 - $5 (3-7 days delivery time)

All Expedited order - $25 (1-3 days delivery time)
